The first stop in selecting your new Granite or Quartz Countertops stone color is meeting with one of our Customer Service Specialists. You may either call us or go online to make an Appointment with one of our design consultants to guarantee our undivided attention. When you come in, bring in your sketches and drawings of your project with approximate measurements. Bring any small object like a cabinet door, tile, or wallpaper to work with color and styles. Our showroom is conveniently located in Herndon, VA. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, and on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm.

Our design consultant will provide expertise with any technical issues and recommend the kinds of stones that would best meet the application and design elements of your countertops or project. We have assembled one of the largest and best selection of Marble,  Granite, Quartzite, Soapstone, and Quartz slabs and samples in Mid-Atlantic region.  We invite you to browse through our vast selections of stone samples and slab inventory to choose your favorite stone. In addition to natural stone, we represent all major quartz manufactures such as Silestone, Cambria, Caesarstone, Q Premium, Corian Quartz, and Viatera stone.

After you select your stone, we will then provide you a detailed written estimate based on your selection, edge profile and the drawing and measurements that you have provided. If our estimate meets your approval, we will require a 50% deposit in order to reserve your slab, schedule for template and manufacturing. Euro Stone Craft offers turn-key solution for your granite, marble, or quartz countertop replacement, including removal and disposal of your existing countertops (if any), sink, faucet, and all plumbing re-connects. Due to our buying power and ability to import our own slabs, and being a factor direct, we are able to pass the savings directly on to our clients. We won’t be undersold by any competitors capable of matching our services and craftsmanship.

This is the process of actually creating accurate patterns and measurement of your new stone countertops. At Euro Stone Craft, we use the latest digital templating technologies for  precise digital measurement and perfect fit of your stone countertop. At this time, one of our-trained technicians will visit the job site for exact measurements, including seam locations, openings for sinks, fixtures, appliances, and accessories. It is extremely important that all cabinets are completely installed and all appliances, sinks and accessories are on site before the template appointment is made. If the project is not ready to template, you will incur additional charges for extra visits, and your project fabrication and installation could get delayed.

Euro Stone Craft is one of the few fabricators in the region with the Technology and Equipment able to show you how your countertops are going to look with your selected stone material before we even start fabricating your new countertops. This optional service is specially important with the stone with large and random veining. Please ask our design consultant for more information on this optional service.

After templating, one of our in-house CAD specialists will prepare the final drawing by incorporating your sink, faucet holes, appliances, seam locations and edge profiles. We will then e-mail you a pdf copy of the final drawing and estimate for your final approval prior to manufacturing. If a digital slab layout was requested, the slab layout image will also get sent to you for approval. No more changes can be made after this stage.

After the final approval, your selected slab will be pulled for manufacturing. The final digital template of your project will be input into our state-of-the-art Breton CNC machinery for precise cut and perfect edge profiles. Then, our skilled fabricators will install reinforcing rods for sink holes, prepare the seams for a perfect fit, and put on the finishing touches.

At Euro Stone Craft, we maintain a high standard of quality control. Before installation of your stone countertops or vanity tops, every piece of finished stone will go through final inspection by the plant manager, and get ready for installation.

After fabrication is complete and countertops inspected, we schedule your countertop installation, and give you a window of arrival time. After our skilled installers arrive, they will remove and dispose the existing counterops (if any), and install your new stone countertops.
